Trade Terms & Conditions

 

1.      The quoted unit price(s) is Ex Warehouse/Ex work

 (The local transport fee, forwarder handling charges & freight charges will not be included)

2.  For the total P.I. amount which is less than USD3000, there would be an extra bank charge

     of USD25.00 levied on the order to cover the bank's administration charge

3.  Payment Method: Telegraphic Transfer

4.  Some of the accessories items are without packing. If extra packing needed, please contact
 us for further quotation

5.  Warranty:

 All Original mobile phone parts will be subject to 3-month warranty starting from the date of
 receipt of the mobile phone parts by the customers. (excluding the mobile accessories)

 In case of any mobile phone parts found to be damaged, customers are required to notify the
 damage to T & S Telecom Co Ltd ("the Company") within 7 days and return the damaged

 goods to the Company within 14 days from the date of receipt, failing which, the Company

 will not be liable for the damage. The Company will also not be liable for the damage if the

 damage is caused by the fault of the customers or its agent or end user.
